I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, the dining options were quite disappointing and the rooms were a bit outdated. It’s a budget-friendly place, but I expected a bit more comfort and better food options.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean but felt a bit dark and in need of a makeover. We had a spacious two-bed apartment with a roof terrace that was spotless, but it involved quite a few steps which my wife found challenging.
Service
7.0
The service was pleasant, with staff always smiling and making us feel comfortable. However, there were instances where the reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, and my concerns about the food were brushed off.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is very convenient, just a short walk to the strip and the beach. However, the surrounding area can get quite rowdy, especially at night, which added to the noise level.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was below average with repetitive meals that didn't excite my taste buds. We ended up eating out a couple of nights just for some variety, but breakfast was decent.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was decent and well-kept, but not particularly special. It was nice to have a bar nearby, though the drinks came in plastic cups.

The hotel is quite basic and needs some improvements, particularly in terms of noise control and air conditioning. While the rooms were clean and there were multiple pool options, the overall atmosphere was noisy and not very family-friendly. The dining options were decent at times, but inconsistent overall. The location does have a party vibe, which may not suit everyone, especially families.

Rooms

Dining
5.0
Dining options were hit or miss; breakfast was good at times but other meals were quite basic and not particularly appealing.
Facilities

The facilities included several pools, but the one main pool was often crowded and lively, attracting a younger crowd looking for a party atmosphere.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The great location near the beach and local bars was a big plus, and the lively atmosphere kept things interesting. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite outdated and had some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing. The dining experience was also lacking, with limited variety and low-quality food. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Tenerife but wouldn't return to this hotel.

The dining options were quite poor, with repetitive and often cold food. It was disappointing and led us to eat out more than expected.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the strip with various restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were generally polite, and the room was spacious with a decent kitchen setup. On the downside, the noise from fellow guests was a constant issue, and the dining options could be better, especially considering we opted for an all-inclusive package. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were definitely areas for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and clean, there were some serious drawbacks including safety concerns in the area. The dining was decent for the price, but could use more variety. The pools were lovely and my kids enjoyed them, but the lack of attentive staff left something to be desired.
